I did see that in the docs, but was hoping there was a workaround, since most blind users are not going to update to iOS 15 as soon as it comes out, and many are in much slower upgrade cycles, and may have devices that don't support iOS 15.

Why is this the system behavior? Would a bug report or feature request be ignored to change this behavior? I work with a lot of blind users, and none of them like this behavior.
